Another great video., full of valuable information. I’m really looking forward to the rest of the series. I was talking to someone last night that doesn’t use a HUD. They play 5 tables. When I ask them how do you where and who you can attack or when and how you have to defend. He said to me that he just looks at each hand. I don’t think you can maximize your EV using any one thing, example, only using: notes, stats, math, your cards, observations. To build an accurate picture of your opponents so you can maximize your EV over the long run, you have to use all or as much information that’s available. What I’m finding is that I have to make less notes and get the same job done, because of the stats I use. Again great video, but I do have a question, Do use the same coloring system for Note Caddy Advantage?

Hi Rcaller; Go to stat appearance in HUD options and put the [ in the abbreviation of the check fold stat, then put the ] in the abbreviation of the stat that follows it in your HUD. Hope this helps :)

@rcaller to add the [x] to any stat you will need to select the stat in "hud options" go to stat appearancve, then add the bracket into the abbreviation box, to addd the end bracket you will need to add the abbreviation into the stat that is to the right of the stat your trying to bracket in your hud, b/c there is no suffix abbreviation box in hem2

Hi Alan; I have a question that is not directly related to the video but i'd like to know your answer: you mentioned that you're not playing zoom a lot anymore, although you said a couple of months ago that you were pretty excited about this format; since i play only zoom, i'd like to know if there are any particular reasons you stopped playing. Also, any hope for zoom videos left? :)

Hey Alan, Any chance you could provide your color coding ranges for stab and steal?

Rcaller, where you enter in the text use the [ for c/f and ] for double barrel

gp00065, I don't use any color coding for NC stuff as all that goes in the popup. Someone recently told me that you color code stats in teh popup and if that is the case I need to that at some point.

gp00065, regarding the rest of your comment. The more info the better. The issue your friend is missing is hourly. Using a HUD I can easily 12 table 200 and 400NL. If I six tabled my bb/100 would be higher but my hourly lower. For those still climbing up from micro stakes they shouldn't max at tables as it will retard your learning curve. But no matter what your friend is missing out on information that would add to his win rate.

Grouchy, I love Zoom. But my win rate just isn't there. I'm getting 35-40% more hands per hour but I need a 4bb/100 (I'm around 3bb/100) win rate to come close to equaling my Party hourly. I plan to keep playing when I have short time periods to play and see what happens. No table selection really impacts winrate, but I still think I can do better. I also made an alias of all the regs I had a decent sample size on. Their collective win rate was slightly negative. It may be that long term win rates cap out at 3 or 4 bb/100 for all but the exceptionally talented. I might do a zoom video. I'll have to see.

stickysweet, stab I would do under 45 red, 45-55 white and 55+green. Steal under 28 red, 25-35 white, 35+ green.

Hi, great video. I was thinking what is your winrate at NL200-400 ? Do you play that 12 tables on average, or like 8-9 tables ? What is the hourly rate you have these days ? I'm trying to decide if I should play 4-6 tables of NL400-1000 or try to multitable on lower stakes.

Over my last 300K hands I'm about 8bb/100 at 200 and 3.5bb/100 over a smallish sample at 400. I think I'm around 160 hourly with rb(this includes set up and breakdown time when I'm playing less tables). I play 9-12 tables. I could play higher but I think my hourly would only be a little higher with a lot more variance.
