outstanding vid. Many great spots, and a lot of good insight. I think your comment about not getting a lot of implied odds with a low to mid pocket pair in the sb vs a frequent btn raiser is an interesting concept. I think my normal play is a flat call. I play lower stakes and it it goes along with keeping my edge as large as possible after the flop by keeping a high pot to stack ratio post flop. Do you feel that I should include these hands in my 3b range facing a steal?

To continue from the post below: Right now I combat a frequent button raiser with 3b value hands (AQ s +) and hands that are just outside of what i percieve to not show a profit against that opponent ( say k 10 or 8 J). Do to the lack of implied odds with those mid to low pockets, it's a valid consideration to include them in my 3b range. I would love to hear ppls thoughts. FYI I play .10/.25 right now but would like to hear input from all stakes.

I like 3 betting small pocket pairs from the blinds against loose button/cutoff opens because we too frequently can't call flops profitably and check/fold incorrectly too often. When we do hit, there range is often too wide to have the implied odds necessary. Because I think it's almost good enough to call, I think it makes a good candidate to 3 bet bluff. Hi Aaron. =)

Think you made alot of wrong decissions in the important hands, i'd make a more detailed comment but the textbox only allows x characters and that's not nearly enough :(

about 20 mins in u have the Q9o where ur iscolating the fish and u get 3b from a std'sih player in the blinds.. U fig his range to be weakish/not too strong.. is there not merit to just 4b him the 1st time.. so in the future when u want to isco the fish he will be weary of 3b u?.. so u could prob set the tone and give future 3b more credit oppose to guessing later on as to 4b or not?.. good vid.. just a thought.

good vid although i think the KQ hand is a fold on the river. i think in the video you mention that his shove is almost always for value which i agree with but you include AA and KK in his rvr value shoving range which i disagree with. i think after you call flop/turn he has to put you on a Queen a large portion of the time and shoving AA KK is really never getting called by a worse hand.

Yeah, 4 betting is certainly very reasonable if I suspect his range is wide/weak. I'd do it some % of the time, but not very often. I try to avoid some high variance/low reward spots........ Yeah, I think the KQ is a fold on the river, I agree.
