A3s c/r hand: You define his Ax range as mostly AT+ but a against a typical guy who is minraising from the CO I would put way more Ax hands, and all Axs hands. This would mean that his 3x barrel range is much stronger bc I doubt he's betting A9 or less on the river without it improving (even AT seems a little optimistic) but he's def betting his 2pair. Obv you were confident about this particular guy's opening range, but would you agree? 5 stars btw :)

Nice job, I think you illustrated some good points and especially the 78 suited hand was extremely well played imo.

vini, it's not like I am check raising that river with a wide range. even if I am only check raising for value with flushes (which may or may not be true), I am check raising infrequently enough overall that I am going to remain balanced.

iambot, there are other types of situations in which you can check raise. this was just one type of spot, but it is my no means all-encompassing.

Hey Samo. Great vid so far :). (I'm about 38 min in so far....) Just watched the hand against Alexander T, where u check the river w/ 86 on T26 3 2, Your rationale for checking makes sense. What do u think of making a tiny 20% pot bet or something here w/ ur entire value range, trying to get value from A hi? (100 into 500) Perhaps it's not clear how to react against a raise (but i'd guess this would not happe too often, especially if u are doing this w/ ur stronger hands as well).

haha just watched the last hand. lol at my suggestion of betting 100 into 500, and then u discuss why that's not good (at least in the last hand). Ya, bigger bet makes sense in the last hand, since we're repping a bluff (missed draw) and can expect that his decision to call will not be heavily influenced by our sizing.....
