I am thinking about raising in this spot 640-260-360, here are reasons:

I think we rep 9x very good, so if opp have a good draw, he is calling our raise and we are checking down hand - so we make him pay to draw

If he have 9x and we were going to call him down on non-flash river, we are not loosing much

And if he was bluffing, then he is folding, which does not matter much.
