at around 13:30 on the river if you think he only calls Tx+ else surely a x/r is better even if he rarely calls it, or do you think that you can either induce a bluff raise with a river bet (you didnt mention this) or that he checks back Tx ever? i think its more likely you induce a bluff also by checking compared to betting river, even though both probably happen rarely.

Very good video Phil, I liked your comments on autopiloting and I really find that this is the toughest leak to combat. I heard good things about working out, not only before a session, but overall being in a good shape and working out regularly should help a lot for staying focus for longer time. Can't wait for part 3.

Great video and great series. I think that getting off of auto pilot can be more difficult than doing things to avoid going auto pilot in the first place. RunlikeGump mentioned being in good shape, which I think really does help you focus better. In fact, I think your diet affects how well you can focus in a pretty big way. I've recently started avoiding foods with a high glycemic index and it really helps staying sharp and not going onto auto pilot. I recommend a book called Core Performance by Mark Verstegen. Even if you only read the nutrition portion of the book, it could go a long ways towards avoiding auto pilot. That said, nutrition can be harder to motivate oneself to achieve than working out. There are a lot of fitness books and programs out there, but this one gets straight to time effective routines and fundamentals that don't even require a gym membership. Probably worth a read in an attempt to focus your mind and body.

32 min: JD_Killer check/folds as UTG raiser - Q22r board, after you stab 40 into 70 Was the plan to barrel? Doesn't he have showdown value when he checks this highly cbettable board? Or you think he is balanced enough that he will check here with some air and delay cbet the turn? 35 min: Also, how does this differ from the 89s on K66s flop vs him? Do you decide to check/fold bcos of the dynamic from the previous hand + the fact that he 3bet OOP when you guys are deep?

Min. 20.30 - 99: Here you have said that some ppl like to C/R in such a spot here 99 on the flop and that you do not hate it. Why so? Thought that C/C is here the best play. Is C/R maybe better vs. very barellhappy opponents and b/c of this fact it can be better to turn here 99 into a bluff, having also some backdoors...?

Min. 30 - A9o: After C/Called the flop, your whole riverrange is B/c of the turncard pretty strong. So i think not thin val.betting here is good (Would I have a weaker 9, I would maybe even consider to turn my hand into a bluff on the river) But you have said that your opponent has probably considered to val.bet the river even thinner w Q9o b/c he tanked so long. Then you have said that you find it reasonable. I think tbh that a val.bet from him w Q9o would be way too thin in this spot b/c your whole range is so strong.

Hey Phil, if I may suggest looking at your first few pages of blogs. If your on a huge down-swing or playing your c-game, looking back at your previous ambitions and lust for the game may really motivate you to play better and try a lot harder.

Hi Phil, I'm badbluffer68500 (from my roomy's account). On my hand that you comment (3') I had actually 78dd. I would like to know what do you think about my play and if there is a better way to play it : easy get-it-in flop? check/jam turn? What do you think about my opponent range? I don't think there too many bluff, especially according the timing of the 3bet flop... Nothing much to add except thank you for all of your videos, keep it up!

i think phil was saying mflea's click it back defines your range. So to combat that you should reraise taking the play away from mflea. I'm def not trying to tell you whats right or wrong just that phil was commenting on mflea's play and how it allows him to play his hand correctly. But, If you put him on a strong range why check raise the flop at all? You have a ton of outs and are super deep, plus you can still rep sets if you decide to check jam turn correct? I'm by no means a nl pro just was thinking about the hand, which was really interesting. Thanks for letting us know what you hade badbluffer.

nut flush on river with 1 card to straight board --> why not bet close to 2x pot? i dont care if its obvious, he might just stubbornly call with Tx thinking your messing around, no other hands than Tx will call anyway :)
