You might 3bet the turn under the following conditions: You think he is heavily weighted toward bluffs because he would often call again and c/r the river with his boats , you think because of whatever dynamic that he is very likely to follow through on the river by going all in as a bluff, and you have a hand that does not beat many of his bluffs. Since you decided to double barrel on a "bad" card, you probably would have something like T9ss very often which gives him almost no equity anyway.
