great vid. would like to see you play hu against ziigmund. i know you took almost 1 mil from him about a year ago in 500/1k nlhe. but also if you would play him in plo - it would really be full of interesting spots - so the learning value would be higher. also some limit games would be nice

Sick vid again, these are just the nuts. few more pf questions please. Flatting raises in position. button vs hj qq53s, jj76s, kk63r, 101076s, a1087s 10876s? 6654ds? Do any of those hands that are a call become a fold vs utg? how about if it's raise/call in front of me should my preference go towards the pair type hands or weaker rundown hands in terms of where I'd rather make a loose call in general? Thanks so much for these responses it's very much appreciated.

Treys- I fold KK63r v a hj raise. All other hands I call, assuming the suit is A high for AT87ss. I fold if it's a T high suit. Against an average UTG open, these don't change. One bonus of UTG opening is that you are less likely to get 3bet from the blinds. In multiway pots, a general rule is to look for hands that flop nuts or nut draws... A high suits go up in value. Q high suits go down in value, as do weak rundown hands like T865, since your straight draws are more likely to be non...

... (from below) nut and dominated. Hands like KK63o may go up slightly in value in a 4-5 way pot. The problem with it in a HU pot is you rarely flop anything other than a weak overpair, and when you finally do flop a set, you aren't guaranteed action. In a 5 way pot, you have simple decisions. You either flop a set or you don't, and it will almost always be top set. Hands like 6655ss go down in value multiway for the same reason. Set over set situations are fairly likely.

(cont more) So, in a hu pot I'd take T875ss, 4422ss, KJT4ss over KK63r or AT54ss, but the opposite is true in a 5 way pot. I hope that explains it well.

Thanks again Phil it's great to get some general concept reinforcement in specific examples like that. I guess my last pf topic would be open limped pots. Are you generally going to iso your opening range from the position you're in? What do you want to overlimp in position if anything, (kk74r comes to mind from your last post)? How are you responding to an aggressive iso'er in and out of position, (calling range solid multiway hands I guess but what do you want to 3b?)

Calling seems so hard because of your bad relative position, but assuming someone is going to iso aggressively but solidly, a wideish 3b seems to lose some of its effectiveness at 100 bb's. what would you want to do with qq109s in position; oop? maybe just 3b double pairs mostly to try to get hu with them? 10987ds seems unmuckable but calling seems frought with problems but a 3b does too?

Also how are you responding to a very aggro good oop squeezer? obviously open tighter but if he's going to 3b squeeze any "decent" axxx with a high suit plus good kk's and aa's and whatever else when he's oop...what should my 4b range be besides aa/kk? what legitimate button or co opens should i fold? any general flop texture attacking plans? This is assuming the caller is not strong or a fish. K that's it for this week, I promise.

Great video as always, thanks a lot for it! And I've noticed you turning a middle set on the top right table at around 20:43 and checking it behind and then just calling the river bet. Was it intentional? (as I do remember you mistakingly check-folding what was I belive a top set in one of your past videos and saying that you don't know how often such spots occur :))

Hi, I would like to ask you, why against Mr Zahmat have u been 3 betting like QT, KJ, when he is mostly either 4 betting (with a balance range, where u are folding best hands) and gettting oop against a beter range too.)
