@13min: hero bet 118 into 132 with T9s on the river with trips in a spot, where villain has a bluffcatcher or air. You said his bet was too small, and i am certain you misread the potsize (you said on another spot villain bets 8 into 32, when it is actually into 24 - the "total pot" number means the pot AFTER the bet), but i actually want to hear your thought on overbetting to like 180 in that spot

@28min: we call a minraise in BB with 97s vs BU and SB caller. flop comes T93cc and the fish leads for 8 into 24. I prefer a raise over a call here, because a call caps our range at weak made hands and draws (important vs BU who seems more competent), whereas with a raise we can get the BU to fold some weaker draws and even some better hands. Additionally, we charge the fish for draws and protect our hand. Also, if we get reraised we have a clear fold. There are just so many bad turns that i would rather play this hand more like a semibluff in this situation.

Come on Niman.. U got it totally wrong on table 3 the first 15 min.. First of all WE have position and second we bet 188 into 132... which is NOT a small bet. Besides this... everything you say is pure gold so I forgive you this time. ;)

Niman, the 9cTc hand that goes from 5min mark to 13 min was almost entirely misread by you. First of all, our hero was in position (on button) and small blind called pre flop. Flops comes Qs7s9h. It goes check check, I think standard. Now, on you turn you discussed the hand as if our hero was playing out of position, so his raise was in a way standard when his opponent bets out $16 into $28. Hero makes it $52 total and opponent calls. On river opponent checks and here I agree with tompoker you misread amount in pot, but our hero in fact actually bet $118 into $132. It was interesting to hear you talk about possible check raise there IF hero was actually out of position. With this software it is not easy to follow the action, was misreads are inevitable.

Hi guys, first of all, sorry for getting the action wrong on a couple of the hands. As I mentioned in the video, it was difficult for me to follow all of the action when three of the tables had broken down to three-handed or heads up. Thanks for understanding!

tompoker, I'm not sure that I agree with your analysis on the 97s hand. The problem here is that any reasonable draw is going to be a favorite over our hand. Even if we get the optimal result (folding out the button and getting the sb to call), the sb's calling range is going to be an equity favorite over our hand. All of his tens, and probably all of his nines have us drawing to a maximum of three outs, his draws likely have at least 14 outs, and we can neither bet the turn nor call a bet on the river on most runouts. So I think putting any more money in the pot in this situation is a mistake. Normally, I think that just folding to the sb's lead would be the correct play. But in this case, since we are getting 4-1 on his bet, I think it's OK to call. Raising is an overplay though in my opinion.
