Would you discuss a bit why you think Tom buys in for 50bb? I see him doing this fairly often, and even heads up. I could guess a few reasons for it, none of which seem better than having more ev by having a bigger stack. Thoughts? I hate to ask a question about something right at the end of the video and that wasn't even you, but everything else was great and very explained

High stakes videos are great for entertainment, but perhaps lower stakes videos would make for better learning since a lot of the players are your friends that you don't want to reveal reads on (completely understandable) or fish you regularly play with and don't want to give specific critiques (likewise). I don't think the players are 25/50 are THAT much different than 500/1k players.

Another good one! By the way, the audio/video quality of all your products are excellent! (Unlike some other sites I've checked out.)

phil- Although obviously the players are different i think that it obvioulsy helps a guy like me who is in my first year playing to watch and just hear your though process given its flat out world class. In my position, a guy that has been playing for a year and been having lots of success thus far, in my shoes how would you take this info and apply similar concepts in to low stakes online games.

I think Tom buys in for 50 bb due to the deep stacks on the table. Of course i could be wrong :-). Also, Even though there is a lot more leveling, and spot/move here that wont work against non thinking players ((lower stakes), the thought process about reading hands and analyzing players can be applied to any stakes. The difference on like a lower stake game would be that the villains tendencies are more straightforward, and they are usually non thinking players who wont make large adjustment

Love to watch the high stakes videos. Just one thing. I think you stop/rewind and explain too much in detail some times. You are very pedagogic, but maybe you don't have to make 100% of the class understand everything, because it might make 80% of the class slightly bored. The point I am trying to make is that I feel that the value, at lleast to me, watching the 45 min would be greater if it contained 50% more hands and 1/3 less explaining per hand on average. At least, be kind, don't rewind:)

Hi Phil, excellent content, like usual. Someone posted earlier that you kind of spoke too much, rewinded videos and hands too much, overanalyzed etc, I just wanted to say that I had a different opinion, and that your videos are not only great from a learning perspective, but also entertaining; Lots of players can play many hands and talk, but only a handful can go in depth in analyzing them the right way, and that's why I suscribed here. Don't change anything !

Why dont you donk lead with TT on the A86cc flop? Don't you think it plays easier that way and the EV value is similar?
