Hey, Andy. Nice video - it was fun to watch you play against guys I've been playing against for the last four weeks, and to steal your reads. You also ran into a bunch of weird micro things that are common and funny, like going to fold your big blind only to discover the five people already in the pot haven't raised it yet. Also, it's quite common to sit at a table that's either all nits or all maniacs. And then you get funny things like ov4mvp limping 25s UTG. (23:00) I wonder if you'd seen some of cmoneyyyhoney's play in pots you weren't involved in you might have formed an opinion of him. Take a look on the bottom left when he shoves 20 bb at T100 from the hijack with AJo (19:30). Then, at around 24:00, while you were explaining how savvy his wide call of your short stacked shove was, he was busy in the bottom right calling 3 shoves, two of which had him covered, with 89o. Sure, he only had 3 bb and could have quadrupled up, but 89o with something like 4 free hands to see? I find at these levels that the pfr number is a lot more indicative of how loose a player is than the vpip, since that can get artificially inflated with all the limping and overlimping going on. When you're wondering about shoving on a 46/0 guy, he's probably not calling you without the very top of his range, despite how loose he appears. Your milage may vary, as they say, but I'd be interested in your thoughts. Maybe the HUD should contain a pop up for vpip in raised pots, too? At about 35:00, you're watching the timer for the blinds to go up, wanting to be able to shove Scoops' big blind at T200, but you had auto-fold on!! If you were multi tabling, I can see missing that. But if you really wanted the blinds to go up, why not tank fold until they did? I mentioned in a previous post that you use the not-all-in-all-in without comment which might confuse someone new to your videos. But I was falling off my chair listening to you explain it in this one. Perhaps it would be less confusing to go back to using it without comment. (Just ribbing you a little, man.) Anyway, thanks for dropping into the micros. I had fun, if no one else did. I'm sorry you ran so cold, but I'll see you up in the small stakes SNG's before too long.
