Very early. Villain has shown some agressoin postflop by c/r a c bet on a low coordinated rainbow flop. But that could mean anything.

Betting out seems like the best idea so i can get soem value from draws and protect. Not sure though cause getting raised  is pretty sick as both calling the raise and 3 betting seem bad. Should i check this flop? If the bet is correct what to do vs the raise? I cant see being better then 40% vs his range and i can t see many 200plo donks doing this as a bluff on this flop in a limped pot much.

I don't know if I like the flop lead. You don't have any redraws to better two pair, and no backdoor flush draws. If you lead and get called, there are going to be so many bad turn cards.I think i would just go for a c/c here.
