It is a fold. Given the presence of a short stack on the bubble you can only profitably call here with 7/7+ A/Ko A/Js+ accourding to sng wizard, even if he is pushing 100% of hands. The call is a -0.29 differencial between call and fold. In a $15 sng you are lossing $0.39 every time you make this call, and that is best case scenario. If he is pushing less then 100%, the call gets exponentially worse.
You also have to think if this is a $100 sng, you are lossing $2.61 making this call in the best case scenario, that is a really big drop to your roi if you make this call every game, especially concidering the best players at those stakes are only making a 5% roi to begin with.
The reasons are that you have no need to double up at this point, 10bbs is actually a fairly healthy stack in a turbo sng. It is when you get to 4-6bbs that you need to start doubling up desperately. If he is pushing every hand he is also going to be putting a lot of preasure on the other short stack, and the likely hood of him busting before you is to great especially on the bubble.
A/Jo also is only about a 60/40 against a 100% range, so you are risking just way to much equity for a maybe 20% edge on his range.
When you are in second place or third place on the bubble and someone with a huge stack is "owning" it, you usually just have to sit back and mash the fold button.
This is a fold, and if you were in my games and I was the short stack, I would love you making these calls.

I agree with Jimbo...this is a clear fold. here as you are one of the shortstack but not the shortest stack, try to avoid battle with cheapleader. Even I don't agree with Jimbo about your calling range. According to ICM, I think(can't remember though, get an ICM calculator like ICM wizard) KK+ only have the +EV call here. Though if you are in SB and the midstack or the shortest stack is in BB and the pot is still unopened, you can easly shove Ax.
It's important to understand your calling range and shoving range is not the same at all. In the bubble battle try to avoid confrontation with cl untill you have premium hands or you are shortest stack and you have less that 4-5BB.
