this guy is 66/38 with 5.8 aggr. and has been 3 betting almost every hand. is my c/r AI here very light? could i have played this any better?

I think you could have played the hand better in the sense that you should have 3bet pre. You don't really want to go 4-way with jacks, as any overcard will almost certainly make you hit the breaks. Assume that a 3bet eliminates two opponents and you have a heads up pot with jacks... or, your spazzy oponent jams 3s??!!? If you 3bet pre and then cbet this flop, no way 33 comes along.
As played I would never check/jam this flop...
and dont ever leave that opponents table!

With a maniacal player you absolutely need to 3b. He's going to go broke and you only have so many chances to stack him. With JJ it's an easy 3b and bet get it in on most flops. As played I don't hate your check raise, he's going to show up with all sorts of nonsense (but all hands with hearts have decent equity).
