Villian is very aggro player, both pre and post flop.  He is 3 betting enough in this spot where I feel 4bet calling would be fine pre, but I decided to call since I think I am ahead of his range enough to be protable.

With this flop I am certain villian willl 3 barrel 100 % of the time on blank turns and rivers putting me on this type of hand.  With that in mind what is best line here.

This is for sure an interesting spot.

The call preflop seems alright since we expect villain to be barreling lots and can extract value by c/c with value on dry boards and are ahead of his range.

On the flop I think c/r is fine say he bets 100% on the flop and we have air we only need to get him to fold 51% if we c/r to $65.  I think the tougher decision is made between c/r small, c/c c/r turn blanks.

Under the assumption that he is likely to fold worse/ 4bet better hands I think we need to c/r jam turn blanks.  I am picturing what I would do with K of clubs in this situation and I guess I would flat a c/r but on the turn I would put us on a flush/set/Kx(xc) type hand much more often than a Qx and have to fold with 30% equity (given I would expect to rarely be ahead and have 9/46 outs at max giving me 20% equity.

if his standard cbet was larger 3/4-pot on the flop I would be more inclined to CRAI

I like a c/r here, cause he needs to have AK, KK, AA and AcX to continue vs our c/r here.  Thats a very narrow range.  ( if he's peeling c/r's lite, he can't continue vs a turn brl.)

If he's auto cbetting a c/r on the flop is fine.  Lately I've been c/calling and then leading all turns where I don't improve.  This allows you to get the folds from the air that you would have gotten on w/ the flop c/r while regularly getting to see the river for a cheeper price (even a hand like AKc might flat, I would hoping to pick off river bluffs or improve).
