JorgeArias is probably the best reg at 2/4 that ive played with so far, he 3bets the button pretty optimall ( alot), i really dont know his bluffing frequencies at all but i would say he is incapable of value betting 2 pair here, he will probably ck back most sets here on river but not sure about that.
i think he is def capable of vbetting straights and all flushes.

Is a flop shove + EV, Turn shove + EV?
    should i call river?

IMO best line is to ck ck flop and bet like 1/3 pot on turn to just make him fold as i dont think he is going to b capable of shoving over that bet as a bluff with dynamics so far

As far as the hand goes, I'd rather not get into it because he and I play a lot and it's very read-specific.  But, against an unknown, I'd muck.  People don't really check their air twice in position in these spots and start value betting top two pair/straights here at some decent %.

Just jam the flop, you really think your going to outplay him OOP?

Yeah its plus EV, and Id be pretty surprised if his range was actually this tight:

Whaaaaat?? JorgeArias the best reg you've played against?? This must be a level! He is a HUGE fish and a HUGE looser at PLO on stars across any limits he plays from 1/2 to 5/10. Just ptr the guy and see.

Also if you havent noticed yet, you need to know that he is never ever ever EVER folding to any 3-bet /4-bet/5-bet under any circumstances and prolly has not folded once in his entire life so far.

Concerning the hand I would just ship the flop against him as he is usually calling with any piece. I think river is a fold though, he does not tend to bluff much so he prolly made 2 pairs or a straight.
