If this player were good to very good I would be c/c'ing the river.
If he were OKish/nitty you could potentially c/f the river.
If he were meh to bad you played the hand well.
Only thing that matters if he's not bad enought o raise QT, KT, AT on the turn is if he's good enough to jam the river with air.
