KK in awkward spot v fish » Medium Stakes No Limit Discussion

I never know how to handle these spots v. fish. This guy is 33/16/9
Ive seen him in lead tp on rags call a raise, check the turn and pot lead the river. Once v. me he also flatted AQ pot lead rags, called my raise, and open shoved a blank turn, I snapped him off. This spot is odd because some fish spazz bluff with total air and fire off, others do it with AJ. Ha Niman you may smack me for betting the flop but I haven't designed my cbetting to have a checking range here as the pfo so I balance by betting it all oop.
