I always hear here and there about some lucky players ending up with a drunk opponent... But why I am the unlucky one and always loose against a drunk one? Any general advice pleas?

I love the weekends, and it is very easy to win against the drunks. I play sngs tho, but the same thing applies in cashgames. Just make a decent hand, milk them for value and never (evereverEVER) bluff them. It is a reason why alcohol is known as "calljuice". And dont lose your temper and call them stuff on chat and so on obv. You want the drunks/donks to be there, and remember if they never got lucky and won some money once in a while they wouldnt be there. Just say NH and WP, they wouldnt know that you are being sarcastic and they will feel great and stay. Now GL mister :)

Losing big hands is most likely just variance. Hands won't always hold but if you get it in good EV wise, that is all you can do. If it doesn't hold up just tell yourself they are making the exact plays that you want them to be making!

I think the most important thing against bad drunks is to simply play solid poker. It really comes down to that and catching a few cards.
