I have ben with Full Tilt for years now. As I have only recently started playing cash games, rakeback has never been that important. I recently wrote to FT to ask them why I could not receive rakeback? They advised my that I had joined through an affiliate that did not allow rakeback (or something of that nature).
Do I leave Full Tilt to join a different site so I can gain the benefits of rakeback such as Poker Stars. Is the additional money better than the loss of all the stats and notes I have on the players on full tilt?

It's definitely worth it IMO. Notes and stats aren't really that big a loss becuase realistically how long does it take to gain new ones? I don't think too long if you play a decent amount, which I'm guessing you do if you're enquiring about this. By not playing somewhere with rakeback you're costing yourself at least a couple of hundred dollars a month if you play even a modest amount, so I would ask yourself if you can afford not to move really. Think about how that little bit extra each month would effect your winrate.

PokerStars doesn't have rakeback, fwiw.
I'd def try and get rakeback, yes. Bluefirepoker will be offering rakeback shortly.

Billy, I use a Mac so I am kind of stuck with either FT or Poker Stars so I am screwed. Thanks for the response though (and you Empire)

Pokerstars sort of has rakeback though once you've achieved Supernova, which takes a little bit of time, but I think you can end up with roughly the same amount as rakeback at FT. I don't know if Full Tilt have anything similar that you're already getting though.
