Good trip.  Played pretty well after the first day.  Won some money even after covering all trip expenses.  Was pretty unimpressed with the local 2/5 grinders.  Not sure what I expected, but they seemed to make a lot of the same mistakes people in my local games do.

Enough of that, on to the entertainment:

Setting:  5AM Sunday @ Bellagio.  Playing 2/5 7-handed.  Kind of slow.  A guy named Vice walks in.  Vice is wearing a gold watch the size of Rhode Island, a diamond cross necklace the size of Texas and has two girls with him who looked like they probably have danced in a video or two.

Vice: What's the biggest game in the room.

Floor: 25/50 no limit.

Vice: I'll play that.

Floor: It has a wait list.

Vice: Oh, okay, put me on it, can I play something else while I'm waiting.

Floor (gesturing to our table): These gentlemen are playing 2/5 no limit.

Vice: OK, I'll play that.

Floor (both Floor and Vice at table now): How many chips do you want?

Vice: Ten grand.

Floor: This game has a $500 capped buy-in.

Vice: Oh, okay, $500 then.

Dealer: Do you want to post?  (Vice was UTG.)

Vice: I'm all in.

Dealer: Sir?

Vice: I'm all in (keep in mind, no cards had been dealt yet)....you guys like champagne?...(to Floor) hey, bring a bottle of Dom and a bottle of Cristal for my new friends.

It went on about like that until noon.

    awesome story, few questions hehe

How much did he end up win/lose?
    Did he play 25/50 later?
    what was his occupation?

    1. He lost ~$4,000, which is a ton to lose in 7 hours of play with a $500 capped buy-in. He also spent $2,000 on champagne for the table.
    2. The 25/50 broke quickly but he moved to 5/10 around noon.
    3. He was a music producer from Miami, which I gather is why they call him "Vice".
    4. In reading that story, it sounds really obnoxious, but he was actually a really nice guy. He didn't gloat when he won some blind all-ins and always "fist-bumped" the winner when he lost and said, "Nice hand." (Which I obviously thought was pretty funny.) His "girlfriends" were really nice too.
    5. Some douche satchel old fish actually tried to get him to stop playing "because he was losing too much" and then tried to get everyone at the table to rebate him $100 each. A young Asian grinder literally kicked him under the table.
